Beyond Blue - The Beyond Blue Support Service provides 24/7 advice and support via telephone (call 1300 22 4636), webchat and email (email response provided within 24 hours).
Lifeline - confidential crisis support (13 11 14) that is accessible 24 hours a day with phone, text (SMS) or chat options.
Blue Knot - support for adult survivors of childhood trauma and abuse, as well as their parents, partners, family and friends. Blue Knot's helpline service is available 9am-5pm AEST Monday-Sunday and public holidays on 1300 657 380
Kids Helpline - Kids Helpline is Australia’s only free (even from a mobile), confidential 24/7 online and phone counselling service for young people aged 5 to 25. Qualified counsellors at Kids Helpline are available via phone 1800 55 1800, Webchat, and email anytime and for any reason.
