"He has shown you, O man, what is good; And what does the Lord require of you but to do justly, to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God". Micah 6:8 (NKJV)
Who we are
Adsafe is a service ministry of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the South Pacific, serving the Church across Australia and New Zealand.
What we do
We provide safeguarding education, guidance and resources, survivor services and redress support, and safeguarding risk management advice. Our work helps nurture a Church-wide culture of protection for children and vulnerable adults. Adsafe Services
Who we support
We support people who have experienced sexual or physical abuse where the abuse was perpetrated by a denominational worker or volunteer within a Seventh-day Adventist church or entity.
How we support survivors
Our Survivor Services team provides trauma-informed support in a safe, respectful environment. Survivors are supported to share their experience, be heard, and seek justice, healing and restoration. We can also provide advice and support with redress. Find out more about Survivor Services.
How we guide and advise the Church
We support the Church in responding to incidents of sexual or physical abuse within the Church organisation. Our Risk Management Services team works in partnership with local churches, schools and denominational entities to promote safety, accountability and care.
Our purpose, values and vision
As a ministry of healing and teaching, our purpose is to protect children and vulnerable adults from sexual and physical abuse, and to respond appropriately when abuse has occurred.
Our vision is to be a thriving Church where abuse has no place and healing begins. We are committed to pursuing this vision together by living our values as we serve the Church.
